Poet and actor Carlos Andrés Gómez wants to end violence against women, and he’s calling on men to do it. With his video When, he details the daily acts of violence and misogyny women face, from smaller indignities like catcalling, to political encroachments like restrictions on reproductive rights, to sexual terrorism when rape is used as a weapon of war. His goal is to make violence against women unacceptable and for men to be part of the #BeThatGuy campaign sponsored by the anti-violence organization Breakthrough. Watch here:
