Our fellows will change culture.

Breakthrough’s paid one-year fellowships support U.S. undergraduate college students to challenge gender-based violence in college life—and build a culture where everyone can thrive.

Fellowships run on an academic year calendar from September to June. Fellows will need commit roughly five hours per week to the program, in addition to a weekend-long orientation in early fall. Fellows will receive a stipend for their work.

Here’s what you’ll do.

Identify the norms and practices that lead to gender-based violence at your school

Create bold, iconic actions for students to challenge those norms

Promote and replicate your action nationwide

Mentor changemakers like yourself
